I didn’t mention it on here but I have stopped counting calories. I was so obsessed with all the numbers. It’s nice to not think about it anymore. I am trying to be more focused on nutrients and eating healthy. I have gotten a lot better at it. But in the back of my mind I do wonder if I am eating too few calories because I struggled with that when I kept track of everything. I defiantly still think about calories just not as much. I have more time to think about more important things.
